These are only the common causes, other sufferers may find different causes depending on their personalities and activities.
To get your active life back, you should start by treating your body right and get to understand when the body is calling for rest, sleep, proper food and water. Living healthy basically means observing the basic principle of garbage in garbage out and get to adopt proper diet of healthy foods, drink sufficient water and avoid anything that hampers the performance of the body. Overcoming this problem may not be instantaneous or simple for most people but the important thing is that it is possible and is for your own good.
